Jason Campbell (Publisher of Virginia Fire & Rescue Magazine) and Rob Logan (Executive Director of the Western Virginia EMS Council) worked together to create an EMS Advisory Board educational piece of literature to share with EMS system stakeholders across Virginia about the placement of the Office of EMS within the state government. At the May 2007 advisory board meeting, a motion was carried encouraging Board members to educate their constituents and bring feedback back to the board, and this piece was offered to help in this effort.
